The best hunting area for migratory birds in Romania is Braila island. There you can hunt quails, larks, geese, wild ducks, and thrushes.

Quails: 20.08 – 30.09

Larks: 03.10 – 30.10

Geese: 01.10 – 31.12

Wild Ducks: 01.09 – 15.09 and 01.12 – 30.01

Thrushes: 20.09 – 20.10

The end of January is one of the best times of the season for duck hunting!

The period between the 20-th and 30-th of January this year was very successful for duck hunters in Bulgaria, due to the high number of migrating birds flying over the length of the Danube river.

This area is also the home to a large population of wild pheasants. Combining the two types of hunt makes for an exciting hunting experience!

2015-2016 has been amazing so far. Hunters have been coming back again and again – some of them as many as three times! – because of the huge number of woodcocks in our hunting areas.

The hunting season continues in 2016, but 2015 deserves a small tribute for being such a wonderful time for hunters! Join us as we look back on the last twelve months full of excitement, adrenaline and so much fun!

 It was a great year for big game…

 Friendships were struck and strengthened…

2015 was a good year for hunters, but the hunting seasons are far from over. 2016 has so much more fun and excitement in store for us, and we are more than ready!
